The Town of Evans did no send a formal denial letter in 2020. Two (2) months after requesting the assessment data, I sent the Town Clerk / FOIL Officer an email inquiring as to when I could expect to receive the Excel file. For he firs time ever, the Town of Evans claimed the data did not exist in the requested format.
